Most phone screen repairs are completed in 30–60 minutes while you wait. More complex repairs (like iPad Pro screens or laptop displays) can take a few hours or up to 3 days for harder-to-source parts.
Nope — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours and we'll assess your device straight away. Booking online speeds things up and lets us pre-order parts if needed.
We use genuine-grade OEM-spec parts for all our repairs. For iPhones we fit OLED screens that match Apple's original quality, and for Samsung devices we source AMOLED displays identical to factory-fitted panels.
Every repair is backed by a 90-day parts & labour warranty. If anything goes wrong with the repair itself within 90 days, we'll fix it free. The warranty doesn't cover new physical damage (e.g. a second drop), water damage after the repair, or faults unrelated to the original repair.
No — we never touch your data. All repairs are done in-store and your device stays locked the whole time. We still recommend backing up regularly, and we're happy to help you set that up.
Yes — water damage is one of our specialities. Bring it in (turned off) as soon as possible. We'll clean, dry and diagnose for £25, and only charge for further repair work if you approve it.
Honest answer: almost always repair is cheaper. A new screen and battery on a 3–4 year old phone can give it another couple of years of life for well under £100. If we think your device genuinely isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you — and we also take trade-ins against a replacement.
